What once was a dress with a TINY pit to pit measurement is now a skirt that can fit a variety of sizes 🌀 Hoping this will allow someone to love this piece that couldn’t wear it as it was when it was a dress. Vintage fabric and handmade. Reworked to have an elastic waist. Keep in mind that this is a heavier weight skirt, as there are lots of tiers!
